  A server that measures the dihedral angles and calculates a dihedral energy for all disulfide bonds found in the uploaded PDB coordinate file.
• SAVES v4: Structure Analysis and Verification server
  This metaserver runs 6 programs for checking and validating protein structures during and after model refinement.
• Self Rotation Function Server
  Generate Self Rotation Function from ScalePack or MTZ File.
• Surface Entropy Reduction Prediction Server (SERp)
  Tool to aid in identification of sites that are most suitable for mutation designed to enhance crystallizability by a Surface Entropy Reduction approach.
• Transmembrage Kink Predictor (TMKink)
  Perform transmembrane kink prediction from sequence
• Twin detection with improved robustness
  The Padilla-Yeates algorithm: The twin statistic calculated here is based on local intensity differences making it less sensitive to phenomena that tend to confound traditional intensity statistics, such as anisotropic diffraction and pseudo-centering.
• X-dVal
  X-dVal is a server which uses phenix.xtriage, Matthews coefficient, and cell dimensions to help interpret quality of an Xray data set.
• ZipperDB
  A database containing predictions of fibril-forming segments within proteins identified by the 3D Profile Method.
