Cutoff value for the coil confidence returned by PSIPRED. Residues with lower confidence will remain neutral and not make any contribution to the overall residue score. The range is 0.0 - 1.0, with the default value being 0.2. For low sequences with low homology, PSIPRED returns low confidence values hence lowering this cutoff limit (perhaps even disabling it by setting it to zero) may be advisable.
