Typically there is no need to report all potential clusters, as many will not be good candidates for mutation. This limit sets the number of clusters to report. Typically this limit is set to 50 or 66% of the score of the highest-scoring cluster to shown 1 to 5 clusters. Alternatively a fixed-number limit can be used or no limit at all if one wished to see all detected clusters (and the score for each).
