Maximum number of mutations to propose for a cluster. Typically no more than 3 mutations are introduced per protein target. As the introduction of each mutation reduces solubility and can also affect the fold or structure of the protein, clusters with the lower number of required mutations are preferred. This is a strict limit; no cluster will have more than the number of mutations specified here.
